Meanwhile, all of IMPD conspired to sabotage any case against Bisard, and Hogsett is nowhere.

Ballard uses City government as a means of redirecting millions of public dollars to political friends, and Hogsett is nowhere.

The Mayor's office is entirely owned by a major Indy law firm, and Hogsett is nowhere.

IMPD cops kill citizens, and Hogsett never opens a federal civil rights investigation.

The Mitch Daniels crew did some truly shocking stuff with state government, and Hogsett was nowhere.

This case does not deserve prosecutorial chest-thumping.
